英文求职信写作技巧

正文分为三部分:
1,何处得知这份工作,自己的动机与目的
2,简述自己最适合这份工作的特殊背景,以及自己对这份工作的态度
3,表示对阅读者的感谢,并请对方给予面谈的机会
 
称呼一般为:Dear Sir(s), To Whom It May Concern,
 
结尾一般为:
英式:Yours sincerely, Best wishes, Kind regards, Yours faithfully
美式:Sincerely, Best regards.
 
正文第一段举例:
Replying to your advertisement in today's issue of the China Daily, I wish to apply for the position in your esteemed firm.
In reply to your advertisement in today's China Daily, I wish to apply for the position in your firm.
I'd like to apply for the position mentioned in your advertisement in today's China Daily.
I'm interested in the position you advertised in the Beijing Morning Post of December 2.
I'm writting in reply to your advertisement in the Career Post for a part-time editor.
This letter and attached resume are sent in response to your advertisement in today's Career Post.
 
第二段举例:
学历:
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and English from Tsinghua University.
I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Economics, and I've been working as a secretary for five years
性格:
I am a person of responsibility, enthusiasm, and ability. I like challenges and I can quickly catch on to new procedures which is exemplified by my successful experiences as a salesman, a personal assistant, a sales manager, and a part-time teacher at a secretary training school.
 
第三段:
争取到面试机会
If you need more information about me, I'm ready for an interview.
I've enclosed a brief resume. However, I will be very happy to provide you with further information about my abilities and experience in an interview with you.
I hope I soon have a chance to meet you and learn more about the position.
I eagerly await the opportunity to interview for the position. Please contact me at you earliest convenience.
